History

SaraBeth attended Western Washington University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication. She spent a year abroad in England at the University of Hull where she obtained her minor in Anthropology.

SaraBeth started her career in apartment and property management in the North Puget Sound region. She moved into a career as a Real Estate Broker after buying her first home and has never looked back.

She obtained her Managing Brokers license in 2015 and started The Owens Group in 2016. The Owens Group at Coastal Realty serves buyers and sellers in Skagit, Whatcom, Island and North Snohomish Counties in Washington.

She also is a licensed Broker in Montana at Western Skies Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers in Stillwater and Yellowstone counties.

Organizations and groups SaraBeth is a member of include: WCAR (Whatcom County Association of REALTORS), BAS (Billings Association of REALTORS®), Residential Real Estate Council, also know as CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and The Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI) where she holds her MCNE- Master Certified Negotiation Expert certification and EQUIAGENT - Equestrian Property Specialist.
